A CV and a Resume is the same document, your CV/Resume is a personal marketing document that tells an employer about you, your professional history and your skills, abilities and achievements. Ultimately, it’s going to be about what makes you the best person for this job.
How to format it
Use the Arial font size 11 to keep CVResume at 2 pages maximum.
Avoid using italics or underlined words.
Make sure you’re spelling and grammar right Avoid abbreviations, acronyms and internal terminology when breaking down the text by using bullet points.
As documents are difficult to scan, avoid trimming, grids and borders, tables and graphics.
